Is the Demo Really FREE?
Yes, completely FREE.
No card and no contract. If you want the real thing built, we’ll give you a price and a date.
What Happens After the Demo?
You decide if we build it.
If you want it built, we agree in writing what “working” means and when we’ll check. We send the agreement, and work starts once the build is paid.
How Long Does a Build Take?
2 to 14 business days.
Automations take 2 to 5 business days, knowledge systems 5 to 7, and custom workflows 7 to 14, counted from when we can get into the accounts the tool needs.
Do We Have to Change Our Software?
Usually not.
We build around the tools you already use, like Google Sheets, Excel, your email and your CRM.
Who Owns What You Build?
You keep what’s in your accounts.
Your information is always yours. Anything we build inside your own accounts is yours to keep, whether or not you keep paying us. Tools we host for you are yours to use while you pay the monthly fee.
What if it Doesn’t Do What We Agreed?
We fix it, free.
We keep working on it at no charge until it does.
What Does Upkeep Cover?
Fixes, updates and questions.
For as long as you use the tool.
Do You Keep Our Information Private?
Yes, always.
We don’t share your processes, numbers or files with anyone outside Breakaway Ops without your written permission. The examples on our site use made-up data and leave company names out.
What Kind of Companies Do You Work With?
Mostly 20 to 200 people.
We’ll also take on bigger and smaller ones. We’ve built tools for apparel and accessories wholesalers and commercial real estate firms.
Do You Only Work in Tampa?
No, we work anywhere.
We’re based in Tampa and work with companies anywhere.
