Co-FounderI graduated from Villanova with a BBA in finance and real estate, then worked at Morgan Stanley in private wealth management, at a small private equity firm focused on making oral surgery practices more efficient, and at a boutique commercial real estate investment firm.
I was never drawn to the big institutions, the ones that win because they have better data, better tools and deeper pockets. I’d rather work for the owner with everything on the line. Because of AI, it has never been more possible for that owner to keep up with the big fish.
I started Breakaway Ops with Fritz, who I met on a project at Villanova. He’s my business partner and one of my best friends.

Co-FounderI met Joe at Villanova, and from the start we planned to build a business of our own one day. After graduating, I joined the buying team at Fanatics, working on the NBA team.
When the Knicks caught fire on the way to their first championship in 53 years, demand outran anything we had planned for. Keeping product on shelves meant turning around time-sensitive buy sheets faster than any one person could. AI made it possible, automating work that would have eaten hours I didn’t have, and our team finished the season with record sales.
That season showed me what AI can do inside a busy company, and that the people with the most to gain rarely have time to learn it. We started Breakaway Ops to close that gap. We put in the hours to master the tools so your team doesn’t have to.

No card and no contract. If you want the real thing built, we’ll give you a price and a date.
What Happens After the Demo?
You decide if we build it.
If you want it built, we agree in writing what “working” means and when we’ll check. We send the agreement, and work starts once the build is paid.
How Long Does a Build Take?
2 to 14 business days.
Automations take 2 to 5 business days, knowledge systems 5 to 7, and custom workflows 7 to 14, counted from when we can get into the accounts the tool needs.
Do We Have to Change Our Software?
Usually not.
We build around the tools you already use, like Google Sheets, Excel, your email and your CRM.
Who Owns What You Build?
You keep what’s in your accounts.
Your information is always yours. Anything we build inside your own accounts is yours to keep, whether or not you keep paying us. Tools we host for you are yours to use while you pay the monthly fee.
